Sonam Has A Neighbour In Aishwarya

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Sonam Kapoor will soon become neighbours.
The former Miss World has bought a sprawling duplex in Signia Isles. It's located in the same complex as Signature Islands in Bandra Kurla Complex where Sonam bought her pad in June.
SpotboyE.com has it that Aishwarya has picked up a 5-bedroom flat. This building, like Sonam's, boasts of world class amenities. The house is about 5500 sq ft, about 1500 sq ft smaller than Sonam's house and is priced between Rs. 25-30 crore.
What's interesting is that Ash and Sonam will be in the same vicinity. Now, you do remember that the two actresses haven't exactly been the best of friends. It was reported that Sonam had referred to Aishwarya as 'aunty' and that caused friction between the duo.
Of course, Sonam denied it vehemently. There was also speculation of a rift when Ash walked the Cannes red carpet that year and Sonam was dropped. However, they buried the hatchet soon.
Anyway, coming back to her pad - Aishwarya's deal was closed a week ago. The work on the interiors will begin soon.
When contacted, the official spokesperson of Sunteck Realty (the builders of the project) confirmed the story.
So, will Aishwarya, Abhishek and Aradhya move out of Jalsa? Aishwarya's spokesperson told SpotboyE.com, "No, she is not moving. The BKC property is purely for investment."
